Information you provide

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in your message.

Contact delivery and service providers

Our website runs on Google Cloud. Contact submissions are delivered through Gmail to hello@clevergeniuslabs.com. The website does not maintain a separate database of contact submissions; delivered messages remain in the associated email accounts.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser and device signals to assess requests. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ for information about its processing.

Google account authorization

The studio authorizes its own sending account using Google’s Gmail send-only permission. Website visitors do not sign in to Google or grant access to their Gmail accounts. The integration does not request permission to read the sending account’s inbox. It sends inquiry notifications to the studio; it does not automatically email visitors.

Privacy requests

You can contact the studio at hello@clevergeniuslabs.com about your information or to request deletion of an inquiry. Include enough context to identify the message without sending additional sensitive information.

Retention

Inquiry messages remain in the receiving mailbox and the sending account’s sent mail until manually deleted. The contact application does not apply a fixed retention period or an automatic deletion schedule. Email providers may retain copies under their own backup and retention practices.
